Service Description: Point features representing known tower locations in Chatham County, NC. The tower feature class identifies the tower type as either communication, water, or lookout tower. There is a separate attribute field that defines if the tower has cellular equipment on it. The feature class was created in July of 2015 by the Chatham County GIS department and said department will maintain it moving forward on an as needed basis.
